The match against the Ryman Premier Division side will take place at The Hamlet's Champion Hill ground on Saturday 29 July, kick-off time to be confirmed.
Kevin O'Connor's side enjoyed a hugely successful debut season, registering high-profile wins over Manchester United and Liverpool and seeing five of their squad go on to make their first-team bows.
The Hamlet finished third in the Ryman Premier Division last season before being beaten 2-1 by Bognor Regis Town in the Play-Off final at the start of the month.
