The 20-year-old, who arrived at the Club from AS Béziers in August 2020, has agreed to extend his stay with Neil MacFarlane’s side having been a key component of their defence in recent seasons.

Tristan has made 54 appearances for the B Team since arriving in West London and he was a regular for the side during the 2021/22 campaign. He played 33 times last term whilst also helping himself to five goals for the side, featuring for the young Bees as they played fixtures across England as well as in Cyprus, Portugal and Spain.

The young defender came through the ranks with his boyhood club AS Béziers in his native France where he rose through their ranks to turn out for their first team during the 2019/20 season.

Delighted to see Tristan sign a new contract, Brentford B Head Coach Neil MacFarlane said: “Tristan has certainly earned his new contract. Last year he really kicked on and was a mainstay in our defence. Towards the end of last season he featured in and around the First Team group as well so it’s really good progression for him. He’s come back in good shape for pre-season and hopefully we can see him kick on even further because we’re really excited about the prospect of developing him. He’s a great character who has a desire to keep getting better and we definitely see potential in him.

“We want him to continue to develop as a leader where he continues to demand more from his teammates as well as himself. He’ll keep adding to his game technically and he’s a real threat from set plays as you can see from the goals that he scored for us last season.”
