Chair-based exercise class for older people who might be self-isolating launched
Following on from the success of online health classes, a chair-based exercise class for those over the age of 60 or adults with limited mobility will start this week. The sessions will be held every Wednesday at 10.30am and will start on Wednesday, 15 April. Funded by One You Hounslow, the sessions are available for adults who live or work in Hounslow.
These sessions are ideal for older people self-isolating. The class will focus on strengthening muscles that are used in everyday activity and at a pace that suits participants involved. You can book your place at [email protected].
The 30-Second Series challenge goes global
