If you are heading to JobServe Community Stadium, here is some useful information to know for matchday.
Collect your tickets in person before the match
Due to a major delay in receiving our ticket allocation from Colchester United, we must unfortunately ask all ticket purchasers to collect their tickets from either of the following locations:
Brentford FC box office at Gtech Community Stadium (Tuesday 27 August, 9.30am-5.30pm until Wednesday 28 August, 12pm)
JobServe Community Stadium ticket office, located next to the club shop, west stand (Wednesday 28 August, 6pm until half-time)
We will be refunding the postal charges to fans within 5-7 working days.
Please make arrangements to collect your tickets in good time before the match to avoid delays.
Matchday walk-ups at JobServe Community Stadium will not be available.

JobServe Community Stadium is a 45-minute walk from Colchester train station. Park and ride services are available, and the stadium has a bookable car park.

Travel and transport
By train
Direct trains from London Liverpool Street to Colchester run frequently and take one hour.
It is a 45-minute walk from the station to the stadium, or you can take the 8, S1 or S2 bus to Bedford Road bus stop on Mill Lane and be within a 10-minute walk from the stadium.
After the match, the 68, S1 or S2 bus will return you to the train station.
You can use the park and ride service from the town centre which will take you within a short walk of the ground. Park and ride services are only available pre-match. See the timetable here.
Taxis are also available outside the station.
By car and parking information
The stadium is served by the A12, easily accessible from Junction 28.
To access the stadium from the south, turn off at Junction 28, turning right at the first roundabout. Go across the bridge and then go straight over the second roundabout, before turning right on to United Way from the third roundabout.
There is a large car park on site at JobServe Community Stadium, with almost 700 spaces available. These can be booked in advance of each matchday via colutickets.com - you'll need to add your car registration to your booking to access the number plate recognition barrier on arrival. Parking spaces typically cost £7.50 per car.
You can also use the park and ride car park on the other side of the A12, which is a 10-minute walk from the stadium, across the Boxted Road bridge. These spaces can be booked in advance via MiPermit (location code 737944).
Please note there is no access for cars between United Way and Boxted Road.
Your matchday at JobServe Community Stadium
The away section of the ground is in the north stand.
The away section has a designated bar for away supporters. There is also a Greggs, Wendy’s and Slim Chickens outside the stadium. For supporters arriving at Colchester station, there are many options for food and drink in the town centre.
The stadium is a cashless venue. Use your card or Apple/Google Pay to purchase items at the ground.
