The 19-year-old signed for the South Wales club after being part of the matchday squad for Brentford’s Caribao Cup win over AFC Wimbledon on Tuesday, 8 August. He has linked up with Newport this morning, Thursday, and should be available for their game against Crewe Alexandra on Saturday.Reece made his professional debut in Brentford’s Sky Bet Championship win over Nottingham Forest last season and has been involved in First Team pre-season friendlies this summer. He scored in wins over Aldershot Town and Oxford United and also played in the draw against Southampton at Griffin Park. He was an unused substitute in the win at Wimbledon last night.
