The young Bees have been on a positive run in recent weeks, having won seven out of their last eight matches with their only defeat coming against a strong Wycombe Wanderers side, before they bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Hemel Hempstead Town last time out.

Neil MacFarlane’s side took part in an 80-minute training session on Thursday afternoon alongside the First Team in preparation for this match, and winger Wraynel Hercules is looking forward to the test.

He explained: "It will be another test for us and hopefully we can get the win under our belts and keep building from there. We've beaten some First Teams in the past and it's good to know that you're not that far off (the levels needed.)"

Stevenage travelled to Bolton on Saturday afternoon in Sky Bet League Two, therefore the B Team could face up against an opponent involving a mixture of youth and experience at The Powerday Stadium.

Of course, Brentford B midfielder Arthur Read is currently on loan at The Lamex Stadium and has played 29 times for the side so far this season.

Brentford B have played twice at Hanwell's Powerday Stadium so far this season. They took on Hanwell in a pre-season match in the summer before returning a few weeks later to take on Hendon FC in the Final of the London Senior Cup.

We intend to provide coverage of this evening’s match via a live stream, as well as updates across social media.
