Development Squad midfield player Joe Maloney has joined Calor League Premier Division Burnham on loan.
Joe came through the Brentford youth ranks and signed a two-year scholarship in the summer of 2011.
He had two injury hit years and was given an extension to his scholarship to take him to October 2013.
He signed a professional contract until the end of the 2013/14 season last month as part of the Development Squad and has played two Under-21 Professional Development League Two South games this term.
He linked up with Burnham this afternoon and will stay with the Buckinghamshire club until January 4 2014.
Ose Aibangee, Brentford FC Academy Director, said: “Joe has made a good start to life as a professional.
“He now has the opportunity to go out and play First Team football.
“He will learn a lot playing non-league football and it will aid his development.
“We will watch his progress over the next month or so.”
Joe, 18, played 12 Under-18 Professional Development League Two South games last season and made one appearance in the FA Youth Cup.
He also played three games for the Development Squad last season.
