We'd like to reward your loyalty in a way where fans can get something back from the Club – to do this we’re going to introduce a new Loyalty Rewards programme and we’ll be giving Season Ticket Holders access first.
Ultimately we’d like fans to be able to earn Loyalty Rewards through spending on Brentford FC products and then be able to use those Rewards to purchase other products such as Merchandise, selected Match Tickets, Hospitality and much more.
Initially we’re going to introduce Loyalty Rewards to Season Ticket Holders on their retail purchases. And with 2015/16 Replica Kit available on pre-order it means you’ll start earning from now. Instead of receiving a 10 per cent retail discount, for every £1 a Season Ticket Holder spends in the Stadium Shop or Online Shop, they’ll earn 10 Rewards. Each Reward will be worth 1p when these are redeemed.
We’ve recently invested in a new Online Shop which is due to be launched in early August. So until then Season Ticket Holders will accumulate Loyalty Rewards but won’t be able to redeem them until the new Online Shop is live.
If you’re a Season Ticket Holder all you need to do is ensure your new Brentford Card is presented when purchasing in person or you purchase through your Online Shop account and your Rewards will be added automatically. We'll keep you informed of how many Loyalty Rewards you have and from time to time we'll even give you exclusive Loyalty Reward offers.
Season Ticket Holders will receive a new Brentford Card w/c 20 July which your 2015/16 Season Ticket will be loaded on, all 2014/15 cards can be destroyed. Ticket access will be determined through accumulation of Ticket Access Points (previously known as Loyalty Points) more information on these is to follow on brentfordfc.co.uk
Loyalty Reward Terms and Conditions apply. To get your Loyalty Rewards you must purchase online using your account in order for your Rewards to be accumulated or present your Brentford Card in the Stadium Shop or photo ID if purchasing before this arrives. Fans are encouraged to retain their till/email receipts until the new Online Shop is live and their Loyalty Rewards have been attributed correctly.
