The annual survey put together by Level Playing Field is now open for responses. Level Playing Field is a registered charity in England and Wales and acts as a campaigning and advisory organisation to its membership and other parties across all sports. The charity believes that being a disabled person is a social issue and that an individual only becomes disabled because of the social, attitudinal and environmental barriers that the individual faces.
The annual survey gathers information from disabled supporters about life as a football fan. We were delighted to welcome some of our fans with disabilities in to our stadium o Saturday for our Play-Off Semi-Final Second Leg. Others attended our games in front of fans in December.
We would encourage everyone with an interest in this area to complete the survey. The more information recieved, the more can be done to ensure football is accessible to all. This is a key aspect of our #BeeTogether work.
