Brentford have been drawn to face Sky Bet Championship side Birmingham City in the second round of the Carabao Cup.

Keith Andrews' side will visit St Andrew's on Tuesday 25 August (8pm kick-off).

Birmingham defeated fellow second-tier side Swansea City 1-0 to progress from round one.

The Bees, who enter at this stage alongside the other 10 Premier League teams not competing in a European competition this season, reached the quarter-final of the Carabao Cup in the last two campaigns.
