Brentford has secured a second-place ranking in the Premier League’s matchday fan experience survey, reaffirming its commitment to providing an outstanding matchday experience for its dedicated supporters.

The club’s position was determined by over 32,000 match attendees who were surveyed across all Premier League clubs, with over 1,100 being Brentford fans.

The questions ranged from topics on clubs’ management, to matchday experience, facility quality, staff performance and communication channels.

We are grateful to each and every fan who provided feedback, contributing to our ongoing efforts to enhance Brentford’s experience for all.

For the past two years, we have proudly held the top position in the survey, and despite not holding on to the spot this year, our numbers are steadily increasing year by year.  This position is testament to our initiatives outlined in our fan engagement plan and the valuable feedback received from our Fan Advisory Board.

There were several measures in which Brentford received the highest ratings in the Premier League, including the cleanliness of Gtech Community Stadium, and how welcomed individuals felt upon arrival.

This season's survey also indicates a notable increase in positivity towards the quality and range of food and drink offerings on matchdays, and a majority of respondents agreeing that the club is well run and possesses a clear long-term vision.

“Making sure our fans feel welcomed at Gtech Community Stadium is so important to us," stated Sally Stephens, fan and community relations director at Brentford.

"We're always looking to improve the experience for our fans every season. The feedback we get from surveys like this helps us to do this.

"Our driving ethos is to 'make a difference one fan at a time' and every story or special moment shared at Gtech Community Stadium motivates us to do more.

"We're really proud of our fans and the community feel at the club. Their passion keeps us going, season after season. Together, we'll keep listening and finding new ways to make every match special."
