Both matches take place at the Bangor University Stadium in Nantporth with Bosnia the opponents on Friday 10 November, kick-off 7pm, before Page's men take on Romania four days later, also a 7pm kick-off.
Chris missed Wales' win over Liechtenstein last month through suspension but did play the first two qualifiers against Switzerland and Portugal. The principality are currently fourth in Group 8 with six points from three matches, level with Bosnia but four points behind early group leaders Romania.
After coming through the ranks at Griffin Park, the 19-year-old made his Sky Bet Championship debut earlier this season against Derby County and followed that up with an assured performance on his full debut at Middlesbrough four days later.
