Last week, Brentford FC Community Sports Trust launched its #BeeatHome campaign that encourages children and adults to stay active within their homes. Here is a round up of what what has happened so far.

The Trust launches free health and fitness classes

In partnership with One You Hounslow, free health and fitness classes for adults who live or work in Hounslow are available. Educational resources for parents home-schooling

In partnership with the Premier League’s Primary Stars, exciting educational resources in numeracy and English exercises are available. This week there is a Literacy challenge with Brentford player Ollie Watkins and Creating a seven-a-side team. Email your answers to [email protected].

Brentford Sports Fest virtual run launched

Join the new Strava Club and take part in weekly 5k and 10k challenges ahead of Brentford Sports FEST on Sunday 18 October. Join here.

PE with a difference: coaches transform keyworker school into an obstacle course

With the majority of schools still shut, coaches are still delivering P.E in some keyworker schools. Using their imagination, our coaches transformed Chase Bridge School in Twickenham into a obstacle course for the pupils’ PE lesson. Watch what they did here.
