We recently communicated the process to register for a single-sign-on solution ready for the launch of the new Brentford FC website.
This involved resetting your password so you could access ticketing, video, Bees Store, the predictor, and the Brentford FC App with the same log in details.
In order to ensure we deliver the best online experience for you, we will now be starting this process in two weeks’ time. This means you will now receive your password reset email on Wednesday 20th July.
New registrations on the Shop and Ticketing websites will be suspended between Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th of July. Only those fans with an existing Ticketing login will be able to access their account and make ticket purchases throughout this period. On shop.brentfordfc.com fans won’t be able to log into their accounts, but will be able to make purchases via the guest checkout across the two days.
