Alex Pritchard was involved as England’s Under-21s picked up another win last night.
The 21-year-old is on loan at Griffin Park from Tottenham Hotspur for the duration of the 2014/15 Sky Bet Championship season.
He came on as a substitute as England beat Portugal 3-0 in an Under-21 friendly at Burnley’s Turf Moor last night.
It was England’s 11th Under-21 win in a row.
Alex earned his third cap in the win to add to three he has at Under-20 level.
The Portugal friendly is one of two in four days - England travel to France for another match on Monday, November 17.
The matches will act as build-up to the European Under-21 Championships.
England reached the finals with a Play-Off win over Croatia last month.
They will join hosts Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Serbia and Sweden in the summer tournament.
Alex made his Spurs debut on the final day of the 2013/14 season against Aston Villa, appearing as a late substitute.
Alex spent a short spell on loan at Peterborough United in 2012/13 and the whole of last season at Swindon Town.
Alex has made 17 appearances for Brentford and scored three goals.
