Alan McCormack signed a new Brentford contract on Friday.
The Irishman, who can play in defence or midfield, agreed a deal to stay at Griffin Park until the summer of 2016, with a Club option for a further year.
He arrived at Brentford in the summer of 2013 and ended his first season at Griffin Park with promotion from Sky Bet League One and the Supporters' Player of the Year trophy.
