Brentford midfielder Alan Judge has been included in Martin O'Neill's provisional 33-man squad for the Republic of Ireland's two matches in June.
O'Neill's men face England in a friendly at The Aviva Stadium on Sunday June 7th and then host Scotland at the same venue in a crucial Euro 2016 Qualifying tie the following Saturday.
The 33 man squad will be shortened to a final squad on June 1st.
Alan has been capped at Under-18, Under-19, Under-21 and Under-23 level but this is his first call-up to the senior squad.
The Dublin-born midfielder has been in fine form for Brentford this season, helping The Bees reach the Sky Bet Championship Play-Offs with three goals in 40 appearances.
The 26-year-old was recently named in the Football League Team of the Week after his goal helped Mark Warburton's side to a 2-0 win away at Reading in April.
Alan initially joined The Bees on loan from Blackburn Rovers in January 2014 and, after his seven goals in 22 matches helped to secure promotion from Sky Bet League One, he signed a permanent deal last summer.
He started his career with Blackburn Rovers but it was with Notts County that Alan made his name making more than 100 appearances in three seasons at Meadow Lane.
In the summer of 2013 he returned to Blackburn Rovers but found playing-time limited before his move to Griffin Park.
Ireland are currently fourth in their qualifying group with eight points from their opening five matches.
June's opponents Scotland are a place and two points better off behind the top two of Poland and Germany.
The top two sides qualify automatically for next year's expanded 24-team tournament in France.
The best third-placed side also qualify with the remaining eight sides entering a play-off to decide the final places.
