Myles Peart-Harris has completed a permanent transfer to Sky Bet Championship club Oxford United, signing a short-term contract.
Peart-Harris joined Brentford from Chelsea in July 2021 and made nine appearances for the Bees in all competitions.
The midfielder made his debut for the club during a 7-0 Carabao Cup win over Oldham Athletic in September 2021, featured briefly in the 4-1 FA Cup win at Port Vale in January 2022, and was part of the Brentford B squad that won the London Senior Cup a few months later.
His breakout season came in 2022/23, when he played 47 times during a loan spell at Forest Green Rovers, scoring six goals and assisting four more in League One.
During the first half of 2023/24, Peart-Harris was named in Brentford’s matchday squad on 11 occasions and he made five appearances, which included his Premier League debut in the 3-1 win over Luton Town in December 2023.
In January 2024, Peart-Harris joined Portsmouth on loan. He made 12 appearances and scored two goals to help John Mousinho’s side to the League One title.
Peart-Harris spent the 2024/25 campaign with Swansea City. He played 30 times in the Championship in both midfield and attack.
Brentford director of football Phil Giles said: “Myles has been with us for a few seasons. He has worked extremely hard and always been someone we’ve enjoyed working with.
“He has had a few loans so now is the time for a permanent move and to start to play matches regularly. We wish him well at Oxford and in his future career.”
