To mark the start of the EFL Community Day of Action, Brentford B Team Assistant Coach Allan Steele joined Strength and Conditioning Coach Tom Perryman last night for a fitness session that aims to improve men’s fitness and live healthier lifestyles. The men were put through their paces as they took part in a series of challenging exercises to improve their fitness and lose weight by Brentford’s FC’s football and fitness experts.
The initiative is just one of a number of events taking place to highlight Brentford FC Community Sports Trust's important work in west London. The celebration of community work is taking place across the country today, Tuesday 19 March, on the EFL Community Day of Action.
