Make the most of your matchday

Due to planned engineering works, there will be no direct trains running between London to Liverpool on matchday.

The shortest route to Liverpool and back again will require a change in Birmingham. Trains leave from London Marylebone every hour and arrive at Birmingham Moor Street station. From there, it is a short walk to Birmingham New Street station, where you can get a train to Liverpool Lime Street. This journey to Liverpool will take you approximately four hours and 15 minutes, so please plan to leave early. Other routes are available but may take longer.

Once you arrive at Liverpool Lime Street, it is a short walk to Liverpool Central, where you can take a short train to Sandhills station, which is the closest station to Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Buses are available from Queen Square Bus Station, adjacent to Liverpool Central train station. Services X2, 20, 67, 53, 310, 345 will take you near to the stadium.

It is recommended that you park in the city centre and in Bootle Strand, and then make your way to the ground. Park and ride schemes are available from both of these locations. Matchday parking restrictions and road closures are in place in the vicinity of the stadium. Any parking in residential areas on matchday will incur a fine.

Liverpool city centre offers plenty of food and drink options before the match, with most welcoming away supporters.

Everton have advised that away supporters can find pubs along Regent Road for options closer to the Hill Dickinson Stadium, but entry will be at the discretion of each venue.

Trains from Sandhills or buses from near to the stadium will take you back to the city centre, or walking takes around 30 minutes. Please be aware that it will be dark after full-time.

Supporters should also be prepared for queues at Sandhills station following the match.

For away fans, Everton provide audio descriptive commentary, sensory packs for fans with autism, ADHD and other neurodiverse needs, and an in-seat service to cater for fans using wheelchair bays.

The away section has two accessible toilets and access to changing places facilities are available for away fans on request. BSL interpreters are provided for in-house broadcasts from matchday presenters.

All fans will be searched on entry.

Supporters under the age of 14 attempting to access Hill Dickinson Stadium without an adult (18+) will be denied entry.

Taking a bag to the match is strongly discouraged. Bags are allowed only if:

• They are searched.

• They are no bigger than A4, small enough to be stowed under a stadium seat (e.g. handbag, medical bag, small holdall).

• Prohibited items: Rucksacks, briefcases, suitcases, suit bags, and other larger bags.
