ON SALE DATES

• All Season Ticket and Premium Seat Holders can claim their reserved seat: Tuesday 1 October, 3pm

• All Season Ticket and Premium Seat Holders & My Bees Members: Thursday 3 October, 2pm

• General Sale: Monday 7 October, 2pm (All tickets are subject to availability)

Season ticket holders have until Thursday 3 October, 1pm to claim your reserved ticket. If you choose not to claim your seat, you will be able to purchase a ticket elsewhere in the stadium from Thursday 3 October, 2pm.

Premium seat holders have until Thursday 3 October, 1pm to claim your reserved ticket online. If you do not claim your seat before this time, you will still be able to do so by contacting the premium box office at 0333 005 8521 (option 2), however we cannot guarantee that you will be seated in your own premium seat.

Available online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

• In person from the Box Office

  • Monday: 10am to 5pm

  • Tuesday: 10am to 5pm

  • Wednesday: Closed

  • Thursday: 10am to 7pm

  • Friday: 10am to 5pm

  • Open 2 hours 30 minutes prior to kick-off on matchdays until half time, then open for 30 minutes after full time (subject to fixture).

Note: overseas ticket buyers - tickets will not be sent in the post. Choose ‘Print at Home’ or they will be held for collection on matchday. 

ACCESSIBILITY

Personal Asssistant Tickets - Disabled supporters who are in receipt of a Middle to Higher rate of DLA and/or receipt of enhanced PIP should purchase the relevant ticket (i.e. Adult, Senior, Young Person or under 18), and then contact [email protected] to organise a complimentary personal assistant’s ticket. This must be done in the relevant sales window. Please also let us know if you require ambulant or accessible seating and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Wheelchair Spaces – we have limited spaces available so please contact [email protected] and we will look allocate you a space along with a carer if required. For away games, the spaces we are allocated are subject to availability with a limited number given to us. Again this must be done in the relevant sales window.
