Wheelchair is available for £5 with a personal assistant free of charge. Ambulant Disabled supporters pay their age appropriate rate. If requested and currently in receipt of DLA for middle/higher rate of care or higher rate of mobility, or standard or enhanced rate of PIP the supporter is entitled to receive a ticket for one personal assistant free of charge.

Coach travel to Vitality Stadium is sold out. If there is sufficient demand for further coaches we will look to increase availability.

Departure time: 11.30am - please arrive promptly as we are not able to wait for late arrivals
No alcohol will be permitted on the coaches.

Saturday/Sunday - closed non-matchdays.
Open 2 hours 30 minutes prior to kick-off on matchdays until half time, then open for 30 minutes after full time (subject to fixture).
Note: overseas ticket buyers - tickets will not be sent in the post. Choose ‘Print at Home’ or they will be held for collection on matchday.
ACCESSIBILITY
Children under the age of 2 years will not be permitted entry into the ground due to health and safety reasons. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an over 18.
Personal Asssistant Tickets - Disabled supporters who are in receipt of a Middle to Higher rate of DLA and/or receipt of enhanced PIP should purchase the relevant ticket (i.e. Adult, Senior, Young Person or under 18), and then contact [email protected] to organise a complimentary personal assistant’s ticket. This must be done in the relevant sales window. Please also let us know if you require ambulant or accessible seating and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Wheelchair Spaces – we have limited spaces available so please contact [email protected] and we will look allocate you a space along with a carer if required. For away games, the spaces we are allocated are subject to availability with a limited number given to us. Again this must be done in the relevant sales window.
