Make sure you are on a stable and fast connection. We recommend at least 5 mbit downstream.

Be sure to use an updated browser, we recommend Google Chrome for PC and Android, as well as Safari for Mac / iOS. These can be downloaded here: Chrome or Safari. Windows 10 users can also try Edge Chromium.

Make sure no one else is on the same network taking up bandwidth. It may also help to restart the router / modem.

For families and viewers who would like to watch more than one broadcast at a time, the use is limited to the possibility of watching several broadcasts at the same time if you use the same Wi-Fi (wired or wireless). It is also possible to watch the same match from several devices, as long as you use the same Wi-Fi.

To watch videos and livestreams through your Chromecast, you need to use a computer with the browser Google Chrome or an Android-device with at least Android 4.5. When you visit a video or livestream, a Chromecast icon will appear in the video players lower right. Click it, and choose the target you want to stream to.

If the icon doesn't appear, there is a few tricks you can try out:

Make sure your Chromecast is powered on and connected to your Wi-fi.
Make sure your computer is connected to the same network.
Your browser is updated to the latest version.

If you use an Android device you must upgrade it to use at least Android 4.5 or higher. If you are on a lower version, please upgrade or use a computer with Google Chrome instead.
