As per our 2022/23 Ticketing Process, Away (Cat B) Match tickets will go on sale in the following order:
Window 1: All away tickets on sale to all 2022/23 Season Ticket and Premium Seat Holders. Tickets subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Window 2: Remaining tickets on sale to all My Bees Members. Tickets subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Season Ticket Holders inc. Premium Seat Holders: Tuesday 13 September, 2pm (one per person, subject to availability; Tickets will go off sale at 9am on Thursday 15 September
Successful My Bees Members Away Ballot Winners: Tuesday 13 September, 2pm (one per person, subject to availability; Tickets will go off sale at 9am on Thursday 15 September. We will contact My Bees Members who were successful in the ballot via email for this fixture to give them the opportunity to purchase their ticket at the same time. Members can check if they’re successful by logging into their ticketing account here. Register your interest to the away games.

Coaches will depart from Ealing Road, Brentford TW8 0LN (near the Novotel Brentford).
Departure time: 9am - please arrive promptly as we are not able to wait for late arrivals
No alcohol will be permitted on the coaches.

Closed on Wednesday
Thursday: 10am to 7pm
Saturday/Sunday - closed non-matchdays.
Open 2 hours 30 minutes prior to kick-off on matchdays until half time, then open for 30 minutes after full time (subject to fixture).
Note: overseas ticket buyers - tickets will not be sent in the post. Choose ‘Print at Home’ or they will be held for collection on matchday.
ACCESSIBILITY
Supporters under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult when entering Villa Park.
Personal Asssistant Tickets - Disabled supporters who are in receipt of a Middle to Higher rate of DLA and/or receipt of enhanced PIP should purchase the relevant ticket (i.e. Adult, Senior, Young Person or under 18), and then contact [email protected] to organise a complimentary personal assistant’s ticket. This must be done in the relevant sales window. Please also let us know if you require ambulant or accessible seating and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Wheelchair Spaces – we have limited spaces available so please contact [email protected] and we will look allocate you a space along with a carer if required. For away games, the spaces we are allocated are subject to availability with a limited number given to us. Again this must be done in the relevant sales window.
