TICKETING PROCESS
As per our 2023/24 Ticketing Process, Away (Cat B) Match tickets will go on sale in the following order:
Window 1: All away tickets on sale to all 2023/24 Season Ticket and Premium Seat Holders. Tickets subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Window 2: Remaining tickets on sale to all My Bees Members. Tickets subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
ON SALE DATES
All Season Ticket Holders inc. Premium Seat Holders: Thursday 9 November, 2pm (one per person, subject to availability)
All My Bees Members: Monday 13 November, 2pm (one per person, subject to availability)

HOW TO BOOK TICKETS AND COACH TRAVEL
Available online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

In person from the Box Office
Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 10am to 5pm
Closed on Wednesday
Thursday: 10am to 7pm
Saturday/Sunday - closed non-matchdays.
Open 2 hours 30 minutes prior to kick-off on matchdays until half time, then open for 30 minutes after full time (subject to fixture).
Note: overseas ticket buyers - tickets will not be sent in the post. Choose ‘Print at Home’ or they will be held for collection on matchday.
ACCESSIBILITY
Children under the age of 2 years will not be permitted entry into the ground due to health and safety reasons. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an over 18.
Personal Asssistant Tickets - Disabled supporters who are in receipt of a Middle to Higher rate of DLA and/or receipt of enhanced PIP should purchase the relevant ticket (i.e. Adult, Senior, Young Person or under 18), and then contact [email protected] to organise a complimentary personal assistant’s ticket. This must be done in the relevant sales window. Please also let us know if you require ambulant or accessible seating and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Wheelchair Spaces – we have limited spaces available so please contact [email protected] and we will look allocate you a space along with a carer if required. For away games, the spaces we are allocated are subject to availability with a limited number given to us. Again this must be done in the relevant sales window.
