Ticket touting is an ongoing problem across the Premier League with a number of individuals and organisations claiming to have the ability to sell official Brentford tickets.

Not only is it illegal to sell, or to offer to sell, tickets to our matches without the club's authorisation under The Criminal Justice & Public Order Act 1994 but it creates a number of problems for our fans.

Prices can be vastly inflated, tickets can be counterfeits and transactions can be unregulated. Touting can also result in unfair ticket distribution with official members and genuine Brentford fans losing out. The frustrations, difficulties and financial losses can be felt by fans who have suffered as a result of buying ticket through unauthorised channels.

We are committed to tackling this issue and creating a safe, fair and affordable environment for all our fans wishing to attend our games.

We have a dedicated team that investigate both online and offline illegal ticket sales and use a range of tactics and enforcement measures that help to combat ticket touting. We also work closely with the Premier League and other clubs to stamp out this issue.

We remind all fans that, as stated in our Terms and Conditions the home match tickets are issued for your sole use and you shall not offer to resell, assign or transfer or lend it or the benefit of it to any other person. In particular, you may not offer your Ticket as a prize in a promotion or competition or as part of a hospitality package without our express written permission.

Any individuals that are found to have offered their ticket for sale outside of the ticket exchange will be subject to internal investigation and sanction process and a range of sanctions are available to us including life ban from purchasing tickets to our matches. In some cases, the matter will be reported to the Police for criminal prosecution.

If fans are unable to attend a home league game, we encourage them to list their season ticket or premium seat on the ticket exchange, giving members the opportunity to purchase them online.

If you have been offered tickets or have any information in relation to ticket being offered outside of the stadium, please report it to the nearest steward, use the form below to report this or email [email protected]. All information is treated in the strictest confidence and is never disclosed to third parties.
