Otis Honor’s football journey began at just four years old, quickly making an impression with his talent and work ethic. By the age of nine, he had signed for Manchester United, spending several years honing his skills at one of the biggest academies in the world.

His time at United provided him with invaluable experience, including a standout moment in the Under-12 semi-final, where he scored a decisive goal against Manchester City.

In 2023, Otis made the move to Brentford, signing for the U18s team and further developing his game. Known by his teammates for being “technically very good,” Otis has set ambitious targets for himself this season, including racking up 20 goal contributions and pushing the team towards a strong FA Youth Cup run.

Before matches, Otis gets in the zone listening to Oasis and The Stone Roses, bringing that same energy to his game. His dream five-a-side team is stacked with legends, featuring Manuel Neuer, Busquets, Lionel Messi, Zidane and himself.

Reflecting on his time at Brentford so far, Otis highlights his first game against Atlético Madrid as a moment to remember. Training at the Robert Rowan Performance Centre alongside the first team has taught him the discipline required to be a professional athlete, while his gym work at the club has elevated his physicality.

Looking ahead, Otis aims to bring his creativity and composure to Brentford’s future, particularly through his precision with through balls and ability to play out from the back—qualities that could be key for the first team in years to come.
