This fixture is dedicated to the White Ribbon Day campaign

White Ribbon Day is the annual awareness day of the prevention of gender-based violence, marked on 25 November this year.

We will be dedicating our matchday against Burnley to raise awareness of women and girls’ safety and invite fans to take part in our activity:

  • Fans in the west stand can collect a free white ribbon to wear and show their support for the campaign. Find one of our volunteers outside the turnstiles to take one.

  • Before kick-off, a short video featuring some of our players will demonstrate safe techniques for bystander intervention, so you can help someone if they are being harassed. Take your seat before the players walk out to watch the video.

The Metropolitan Police and British Transport Police will also be on Lionel Road South with their promotional bus, ready to talk to fans about their safety concerns.

Meet outside the old club shop 15 minutes after full-time to join a guided walk with the police and raise any safety issues you have about your walk home from the Gtech.

Guided walks will be on one of three routes: through Carville Hall Park South, up Lionel Road North towards Ealing, or towards Gunnersbury station.

Find out more about our commitment to women and girls’ safety here.
