Brentford head coach Keith Andrews has made one change for this afternoon’s Premier League game against Brighton and Hove Albion (3pm kick-off GMT).

The Bees arrive at the Amex following a 3-1 win over Newcastle United last time out.

Kristoffer Ajer returns to the starting XI having missed Brentford’s final game before the international break with a back spasm.

The Norway international replaces Aaron Hickey at left-back, who is named among the substitutes.

Fábio Carvalho drops out of the squad. The forward suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury and will be out for the rest of the season.

The attacking midfielder has been seen by a specialist and will now prepare for upcoming surgery to repair the ACL, having already started his rehabilitation at the club.
