Your Season Ticket will be frozen until we are able to allow all Season Ticket Holders to attend our home league games. The Club will notify you when your Season Ticket will be reactivated so you can attend home league games.
We will confirm your iFollow access during the week of each available match. As a reminder, we can provide access for all home and away midweek games. For away games played on a Saturday, iFollow codes can be purchased separated at a cost of £10 per match.
We will also contact you as soon as we have more information about the go-ahead for reduced capacity games and how you can go about securing tickets for those on a rotational basis (subject to government guidelines).
We would like to remind you of the steps to take to stay in touch and make the most of iFollow:
- Ensure that the details in your ticketing account are up to date. Please log in to your ticketing account here. Please also check your communication preferences. You may have unsubscribed from email or text communications which overrides your preferences and means you may be missing out on key updates. Simply fill in your details here. If you have any queries, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In order to make use of all the Season Ticket Holder privileges this season, your iFollow email address must be the same as the email address on your ticketing account. If this is not the case, you may need to create a new iFollow account. If you already have an iFollow account with the same email address as your Brentford FC ticketing account but do not know the password, please click here (please check your junk folder if you don’t receive an email to reset your password).
Jon Varney, Brentford FC Chief Executive, said: “I would like to thank all our supporters for their amazing backing and patience during this period of great uncertainty. We share your frustrations and are incredibly disappointed we aren’t in a position to be together at our new home.
“This is a fast-moving situation and there is still uncertainty ahead of us. I believe that the options we’ve shared with Season Ticket Holders today will help us continue to safeguard our Club over the coming months as well as providing a good range of choices for our fans who we recognise may be facing very challenging financial circumstances right now. We appreciate the support of each and every fan as we continue to work together and support our team during these difficult times.”
