WEMBLEY ATTENDEE INFORMATION

Important information for supporters attending the Play-Off Final

Children - all children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under two years old are not permitted into the stadium.

Ground regulations and Conditions of Issue apply for all those attending and can be found here. Take a moment to read Wembley's spectator information to ensure easy access into the ground.

No re-sale of tickets – it is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell tickets. Supporters are reminded that tickets are non-transferable.

Car parking – parking for supporters and supporter vehicles can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com or by telephone on 020 8903 6966. Car parking is charged at £90 per coach and £30 per car if booked in advance. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on the day of the game.

Food and drink – there will be food and drink on sale at Wembley but no alcohol will be on sale in General Admittance areas. Find the Brentford & Swansea pub split here.

Disabled supporters

There are a number of wheelchair and ambulant disabled tickets available at Wembley. If you require either a wheelchair or ambulant disabled seat, please email tickets@brentfordfc.com for more details and one of our team will contact you. Alternatively, please call the Box Office but please be aware that our phone lines are very busy so it will be quicker to email.

There is some availability at Wembley stadium for Blue Badge parking for the Play-off final this Saturday located in the Yellow Car Park. Blue Badge parking costs £15 and can be booked here.

The Guest Services team operate a 'pushing and chaperone' service for high needs guests who require additional support on the day in terms of travel to and from their seat.  This service is not pre-bookable and can be accessed across all events at the stadium.  This service is available from the Yellow Car Park, near to the large bright yellow 'here to help' banner.

Any disabled supporters that are being dropped off before the game will need to go to the Yellow Car Park entrance to do this. (you will not be able to park in the Yellow Car Park unless you have pre-booked a space)
