Coaches will depart from Ealing Road, Brentford TW8 0LN (near the Novotel Brentford).
Departure time: 8.30am - please arrive promptly as we are not able to wait for late arrivals
No alcohol will be permitted on the coaches.

- Open 2 hours 30 minutes prior to kick-off on matchdays until half time, then open for 30 minutes after full time (subject to fixture)
Note: overseas ticket buyers - tickets will not be sent in the post. Choose ‘Print at Home’ or they will be held for collection on matchday.
ACCESSIBILITY
Carers Tickets - Disabled supporters who are in receipt of a Middle to Higher rate of DLA and/or receipt of enhanced PIP should purchase the relevant ticket (i.e. Adult, Senior, Young Person or under 18), and then contact accessibility@brentfordfc.com to organise a complimentary carer’s ticket. This must be done in the relevant sales window. Please also let us know if you require ambulant or accessible seating and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Wheelchair Spaces – we have limited spaces available so please contact accessibility@brentfordfc.com and we will look allocate you a space along with a carer if required. For away games, the spaces we are allocated are subject to availability with a limited number given to us. Again this must be done in the relevant sales window.

MATCHDAY INFORMATION
Our allocation is reserved seating and attendees must sit in the seat allocated to them on their ticket. Tickets cannot be upgraded on the day and supporters attempting to enter the stadium with a concession ticket that they are not entitled to will not be allowed entry. If supporters need to upgrade their ticket(s) they would need to upgrade the tickets via you and collect their ticket(s) from us on the day.
Carrow Road is an all-seated stadium and persistent standing is not allowed, offenders will be removed from the stadium.
