Please note that children under the age of 14 will need to be accompanied by an adult over 18 and any child 0-3 years old will not be allowed to be situated/seated in rows 1-20 of the lower tier.

Coaches will depart from Ealing Road, Brentford TW8 0LN (near the Novotel Brentford).

Departure time: 12pm - please arrive promptly as we are not able to wait for late arrivals

No alcohol will be permitted on the coaches.

    • Open 2 hours 30 minutes prior to kick-off on matchdays until half time, then open for 30 minutes after full time (subject to fixture)
Note: overseas ticket buyers - tickets will not be sent in the post. Choose ‘Print at Home’ or they will be held for collection on matchday.
 

ACCESSIBILITY

Carers Tickets - Disabled supporters who are in receipt of a Middle to Higher rate of DLA and/or receipt of enhanced PIP should purchase the relevant ticket (i.e. Adult, Senior, Young Person or under 18), and then contact accessibility@brentfordfc.com to organise a complimentary carer’s ticket. This must be done in the relevant sales window. Please also let us know if you require ambulant or accessible seating and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Wheelchair Spaces – we have limited spaces available so please contact accessibility@brentfordfc.com and we will look allocate you a space along with a carer if required. For away games, the spaces we are allocated are subject to availability with a limited number given to us. Again this must be done in the relevant sales window.

Disabled Supporters Additional Information 

Emirates Stadium has up to six accessible parking bays available for visiting disabled supporters with a valid Blue Badge. These are booked via the Disability Liaison Team using the form attached (please copy for each individual applicant). Applications must be received no later than 10 days prior to the fixture date and must include a copy of both sides of the Blue Badge - completed forms should be emailed to bluebadgeparking@arsenal.co.uk. Further disability access information has been sent to your Disability Access Officer/Disability Liaison Officer. 

MATCHDAY INFORMATION   

All tickets are sold subject to the Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions (away fan) of Arsenal Football Club, details of which can be found on www.arsenal.com on the ticket information page.  

Stadium Security /Bag Policy: We strongly advise supporters do not bring bags to Emirates Stadium unless necessary.  

Any bags larger than A4 (a standard rucksack / handbag) will not be permitted. 

Luggage storage facilities are available at London King's Cross station if required.  

Please take a moment to check the full list of prohibited items before you travel to the stadium and ensure you plan your journey accordingly to avoid queues ahead of kick-off.
