KEVIN O'CONNOR

Assistant First Team Coach
Kevin O'Connor became the permanent Head Coach of the Brentford B Team in November 2016, taking over from the departing Flemming Pedersen. He had stepped into this role temporarily in September 2015, after Lee Carsley was appointed First Team Head Coach, but vacated it a few months later.
One of the most respected members of the Brentford FC Hall of Fame, Kevin made over 500 appearances for The Bees in a career that spanned 15 years. He spent much of that time as captain, leading The Bees to promotion in 2009 and 2014 before retiring in 2015.
In April 2017, Kevin's career in football was recognised by the EFL when he was presented with the Sir Tom Finney Award.
