Brian Riemer

Brian Riemer joined Brentford in October 2018, the first new addition of Thomas Frank's coaching staff after the departure of Dean Smith and Richard O'Kelly.

Brian signed from FC Copenhagen, where he had been working since 2008. Three years in charge of the Under-19s followed a stint as Assistant Manager of the 12-time Danish Champions. His previous club had seen him working in the youth department at Hvidovre IF.

While in the Assistant role at Copenhagen, Brian worked with Ariel Jacobs and then former Norway boss Stale Solbakken. Copenhagen won the Danish title in the 2012/13 season under Jacobs, Brian's first year in the role. They finished runners-up in his two further seasons in the position and Brian was also involved when they played in the UEFA Champions League in 2013/14.
