Young defender Japhet Sery Larsen joined Brentford B on a season-long loan deal from FC Midtjylland.

The Dane joined the Bees alongside fellow teammate Christian Tue Jensen in a bid to continue his development in West London.

Japhet was captain of the Under-19 squad that made it to the Quarter-Finals of the 2019 UEFA Youth League, beating Manchester United 3-1 in the Last 16.

The defender has continued to impress with Brentford B and has put in some excellent performances for the team, as well as putting himself into contention with the Danish Under-21 side.

Japhet has been part of sides that have played in the likes of Spain, Portugal and Austria so far this season and will be looking to use the rest of the campaign to push himself as far as possible.
