Burnley are the visitors to the Brentford Community Stadium this afternoon. Get Thomas Frank's take on today's action below.

Team News …

Christian Norgaard and Kris Ajer are ready to play. Everybody is ready.

Christian Eriksen did well, and I still believe there is more to come from him in terms of more consistent possibilities to get top actions. If he is top fit and getting in the game rhythm, then he has more chances to produce top actions.

Following up the Norwich City victory …

Back-to-back wins would be very nice. It is very difficult to get that in the Premier League; that is our aim. We need to go out and be brave. It is very important to attack the game. We are facing a Burnley team that are very strong, very solid, and very difficult to break down. They attack every game with all their strengths, so it will be a big battle.

Confidence got a lift. That little extra energy and confidence that win gives to the players is extremely important. With that confidence your actions on the pitch are a little bit more decisive and you do things a little bit quicker. You are a little bit more in the moment. Hopefully we can put in another good performance on Saturday.

Getting a home win …

We are not far away. Hopefully we can produce a big performance tomorrow and get a home win. I think we were close against Crystal Palace, and we all know what happened against Newcastle United. I am convinced that we will produce a good performance, then we need to see if it will be enough on the day.

Burnley …

Looking at Burnley’s strengths, we know they will play direct. We need to be very strong on the second ball and very strong defending set-pieces. We need to defend our box very well. They produce the most crosses in the league, so we need to stop crosses and we need to get body contact when the crosses do come in. If we can nail that then we are quite far down the line to put a good performance in. Then it’s what we do on the ball. The quality in terms of the decision-making, pass, set, cross, finish is key because they are really good at defending the box. We have a few bits that we like to focus on offensively that we hope will pay off.

They are relatively consistent in what they do. I know they will go out pressing high, and I know they will be really good in their mid-block. When they play with that consistency and that style of play, it is very difficult to play against.

This is going to be an unbelievably tight game between two teams who will give it all and then it’s going to be about which team gets the first goal.
