Previewing today's game, Thomas Frank sat down with the media on Friday to give the latest fitness update, look ahead to a reunion with Dean Smith, and discuss his tactical approach between now and the end of the season. Watch his pre-match Press Conference below.

Squad Fitness …

Everyone that was involved in the squad last week is available, apart from Josh Dasilva.

Christian Eriksen keeps progressing with good training minutes so he is in a good place. It was very important to get that game played and now, hopefully for everyone involved, we can focus on the football.

Ivan Toney is in a much better place. He played three lots of 20 minutes on Tuesday and looked good. Hopefully he is ready.

This week’s training …

We’ve had a good week where we have focused on the bits that we can do better in our game. Then we are preparing to try to play to our strengths and explore some of Norwich’s weaknesses. The boys have been training well, with good intensity and good quality. We played 11 vs 11, three times 20 minutes on Tuesday, with different players, formations, and focus areas.

Returning to winning ways …

We would all like to get that win to get things back on track. We need to go out there and perform. We need to do our very best to be brave, cool, and aggressive. We need to put a very good performance in and hope that will be enough to get three points. I am aware that we are in a similar situation and a point, or win, would be big for both teams. There will be a lot at stake but the more you can play it as only a game the better.

Norwich City …

I think Dean Smith has done well. I am looking forward to seeing him. He came in and gave them a bit of a boost. They press more aggressively now. He came in when they were in a difficult place and they are maybe now in a slightly better place. There are some things that I know he thinks about and some things he knows I think about that can maybe change the game. This is a game where Norwich will come with everything. They will be very aggressive. Dean is spot on; it’s a game for very important for both teams and both teams will be up for it.

Tactical tweaks …

I will be more flexible for the rest of the season so, depending on the game and the opponent’s strengths and weaknesses, I will use a back three sometimes and a back four sometimes. Every time I’ve changed the system in the last three years is because I thought it would help to get our best players on the pitch. I always like to have two systems.

Josh Dasilva’s red card …

He’s come in with determination to come back stronger again. It would have been a waste of time to appeal it. For me, even if it’s a red card, it shouldn’t be three games. That’s too harsh for a completely random action.
