Mads Bidstrup has been included in the Denmark Under-21 squad for their European Championship qualifier against Belgium later this month.
Mads and his teammates will head to Belek, Turkey, for warm weather training in preparation for their game against the Group I leaders at MCH Arena, Herning, on Tuesday 29 March, kick-off 7pm.
Group I already looks like a race for second-place with Belgium nine points clear after six wins from six so far. Denmark sit second on nine points from four games, their only dropped points coming in October's first meeting against The Belgians.
Mads, who is currently on loan at FC Nordsjælland, has won three of his four Under-21 caps during this qualifying campaign. The 21-year-old has represented his nation at every age group between Under-16 and Under-21, earning 26 caps in total.
At club level this season, Mads made eight appearances for Thomas Frank's Bees, including four Premier League outings, before heading to FCN. He's hit the ground running in Farum with four impressive outings since joining in late January.
