It was yet another weekend where Dom got significant minutes under his belt in a match which was won on 37 minutes through Sam Morsy. The win leaves Town ninth in the league table going into this weekend’s home tie with Cambridge United.

Other recent action in England saw Ellery Balcombe play the full match for Bromley in the National League as his side claimed a 1-1 draw away from home at Wealdstone. Byron Webster opened the scoring for Bromley before Josh Umerah levelled with one minute of normal time remaining. The draw leaves the side 10th in the league table and they will now turn their attentions to a match with York City in the Semi-Final of the FA Trophy on Saturday. It was a fine afternoon's work for Ellery which saw him named in the Vanarama National Team of the Week.

As for Lachlan Brook and Adelaide United, they picked up a 3-0 defeat away at Central Coast Mariners at the weekend. The side were reduced to 10 men on 27 minutes when goalkeeper Joe Gauci was sent off. Lachlan was then taken off as he was substituted for Steven Hall, who came on as a substitute keeper. Adelaide actually held out until 77 minutes before the home side netted twice in added time to claim a 3-0 win. The result leaves them third in the table and they face Melbourne Victory on Saturday.

In Spain, Joel Valencia’s AD Alcorcón were beaten 2-1 at home to Real Valladolid. Joel played the final eight minutes in a game where all of the goals came in the second half. The side remain bottom of the table in the second tier of Spanish football.

As club football returns following the international break this weekend, Halil DerviÅŸoÄŸlu could feature for Galatasaray as they face Fatih Karagümrük S.K. in the Turkish Super Lig. In Denmark, Luka Racic could feature for HB Køge against Vendyssel and Mads Bidstrup could take on OB as FC Nordsjælland return to action. In the Sky Bet Championship Marcus Forss' Hull City take on Huddersfield Town on Friday evening and Charlie Goode's Sheffield United travel to Stoke City.
