Brentford B will travel to Crystal Palace on Friday, 25 March, to take on an Under-23 side in a behind closed doors fixture with kick-off at 12noon.

The young Bees, who recently progressed to the Final of the Middlesex Senior Cup with a 1-0 win over National League South side Hampton and Richmond Borough, will be looking to get back on track after a 4-1 lost to Wake Forest University in their last fixture.

Brentford last met Crystal Palace at Jersey Road in August 2021 where they drew 1-1 with a strong XI which included the likes of Jack Butland, Christian Benteke, Martin Kelly, Nathaniel Clyne and Conor Gallagher - on loan from Chelsea. Fin Stevens grabbed the goal for Brentford in that game, but they were unlucky not to clinch the win after a Lachlan Brook goal was ruled out late on.

Since facing Brentford in the summer, the young Eagles, who currently sit fifth in the Premier League Two – Division One, have had a solid season. In recent weeks they have gained three wins and two draws from their last seven, including a 1-1 draw with Arsenal’s Under-23s in their last appearance.

As stated above, this will be a behind closed doors fixture, and it will not be possible to watch the match live. Please stay tuned for details on how you can follow the fixture online in the coming days.
