Brentford FC Community Sports Trust are running trials to join their post-16 education and football programme next week. The trials allow the Trust to select players to be part of the group that earn educational qualifications while playing games and representing Brentford. Players can study for A Levels or a BTEC while training and playing games in competitive leagues.

The trial day for male players will take place on Monday, 4 April, at Gunnersbury Park. There will be two sessions in the afternoon as potential players are put through their paces. See here.

There is also a trial for female footballers for the same course. That will also take place on Monday, but earlier in the day. See more on that here.

The programme is run in association with West Thames College. Players get the chance to player competitively regularly and some have gone on to join professional clubs. See more here.
