Brentford have been beaten in the ePremier League Grand Final. The Bees battled their way through two days of competition to reach the final two. But they were unable to come out on top in the last contest - losing to Norwich City.

The event was held over two days at Here East in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Players from the 20 Premier League sides were in action all day yesterday, Saturday 26 March, with eight sides making it through to the final stages today. Czohino and Sam Brewster represented The Bees and teamed up to take part in a series of one-on-one matches against pairings from all other clubs.

The Bees came through the group stages yesterday to reach the last eight. Aston Villa were dispatched this morning and The Bees beat Crystal Palace this afternoon on penalties. But it was not to be in the final.

The first game saw Sam Brewster compete on the Xbox and he fell two goals behind early on. Sam pulled one back but Norwich grabbed a late third. That left The Bees 3-1 down after the first leg.

Czohino, also known as Peace Chirwa, also suffered an early blow in the PS5 second leg, conceding the first goal. He pushed for a way back in to the game but three goals was too much to recover. Norwich struck with the last kick of the contest to seal a 5-1 aggregate win.

The two day event started yesterday with the group stage and Brentford's representatives shone. They finished top of Group A and were unbeaten all day. See more here.

The only time our pair were beaten was in the final contest. It was an unfortunate end to a great effort in Brentford's first time in the event. See more on the Premier League website here.
