Aaron, who recently recovered from a hamstring injury to link up with The Dons in February this year, has unfortunately suffered another setback and will therefore return to Jersey Road to undergo his rehabilitation to get back to full fitness.

During his time with Wimbledon, Aaron was able to gain important first team experiences having turned out 27 times for the side, and he was on the scoresheet four times. He made his League One debut in early August as Wimbledon beat Doncaster Rovers 2-1 away from home, and he found the net against Bolton Wanderers, Portsmouth and Lincoln City during his time at Plough Lane.

The B Team forward netted 19 goals for Neil MacFarlane’s side in the 2020/21 campaign having arrived from Aston Villa in January 2020.
