Brentford FC has begun the recruitment process for two new members of the Venue Operations team. We are hiring an Operations Manager to manage the Stadium site and an Operations Manager to manage our Jersey Road Training Ground site. The roles will require candidates to manage the day to day operational needs on the sites whilst maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users to carry out their tasks. The individuals will support the Head of Operations and will have support from the facilities and security teams to have a site that operates 24/7. Applications are being accepted now.

The ideal candidates will be hard-working, adaptable professionals who are able to undertake a variety of tasks and work diligently under pressure and unsupervised. The roles requires someone who can pay close attention to detail and ensure processes are followed closely. This person will have a strong background of working in a customer service environment and have experience of event briefing and debriefing.

The main part of the Training Ground role will be to ensure that the site is welcoming, clean and fit for purpose to operate on a day-to-day basis. The role will entail managing the requirements of the playing staff on pitches as well as planning and delivering activations at the training ground, whether Press conference scheduling, Carparking requests, Media scheduling, Sponsors, partners, and other community/ corporate events.

The Stadium role will be to ensure the site is welcoming, clean and fit for purpose to operate on a day-to-day basis and to plan and manage the events whether sporting or other at the stadium. The successful candidate will need to lead on matchdays as scheduled in full, with football and Rugby using the site, as well as plan and deliver activations at the Stadium, whether Press conference scheduling, Carparking requests, Media scheduling, Sponsors, partners, external requests, and other community/ corporate events.

Excellent organisational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills are essential for applicants. Competence and experience of working in an operations environment from planning to delivery and closure is desirable, but not essential.
