The 2021/22 season is now at an end. Brentford's first-ever campaign the Premier League ended with The Bees in 13th place. There were some great moments to reflect on.

Over the past few days we looked back at the season. Join us and remember the home wins, great days on the road, late winners and the moments away from the match. Did you catch it all.

We started with the memorable home games. The wins over Arsenal and West Ham United were on the list as well as the draw with Liverpool. Catch up here.

There were also some great away days. The last was a 3-2 victory at Everton but there was also Ivan Toney's hat-trick at Norwich City. See more here.

The season was memorable for some late goals. Yoane Wissa loved a last-gasp strike. Catch up with his at West Ham United and at home to Liverpool among others here.

There were also some moments to savour. On matchday we had the brilliant interaction between Head Coach Thomas Frank and well-know fan Woody. Christian Eriksen also had his return to football this season. See more here.

Away from matchdays there was also lots to savour. Ivan Toney went in to a local primary school to discuss his work in the anti-racism area and three members of staff ran marathons. See more here.

Finally, there were your favourites. The games and the days that you told us about. See more here.
