Brentford FC is making an addition to the staff at the Training Ground. The Club is recruiting a Chef de Partie and is taking applications now. The Chef de Partie will be part of the team catering for our players at our Training Ground, in Osterley

The Chef de Partie will have varying responsibilities. These will include preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes. The successful candidate will also assist the Head Chef in supervising the kitchen, creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.

Applicants should be prepared to work independently at times and as part of a team at other times to deliver a high-quality service. They will travel away with the team, checking on hotel’s food offering and cooking a live station. They will also help plan and develop new menu ideas with the help of the Head Chef.

The successful candidate will run and supervise the kitchen to the required standards set by the Head Chef and be responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods.
