The Emirates FA Cup takes centre stage this weekend but Fantasy Premier League managers will still have their eyes open. The next Premier League matches take place on Tuesday and Wednesday and a new gameweek does not start until next weekend. But with fixtures rearranged and players on international duty, FPL teams are still under consideration.

There is an FPL gameweek ongoing with matches played on 1 and 2 January linked with games taking place next week. Teams cannot be altered but the next gameweek is only a few days away. And Brentford players are being named as ones to look at.

With rearranged fixtures being added, FPL gameweeks and changing and causing fantasy bosses to think about their teams. Players are also away at the Africa Cup of Nations, which starts on Sunday, 9 January. FPL bosses will have to make changes and Yoane Wissa has been nominated as a player to look at.

Yoane scored the winner as Brentford beat Aston Villa on Sunday. That was his third Premier League goal and he has six in total in all competitions. He was identified as a player to look at in the video below.
