Thomas Frank has given a lengthy interview to The Coaches Voice. The aim of The Coaches Voice is to bring football coaches and managers from around the world together on one platform. They can share their ideas, philosophies, experiences and journeys with each other and the wider sporting audience.

Thomas spent some time with the team from The Coaches Voice late last year. He spoke about his journey and discussed two games in depth. The first of the videos can be seen here.

A written interview and video have also been published. Thomas discusses how his wife persuaded him to come to Brentford at the end of 2016 and his journey with The Bees.
