Brentford FC Community Sports Trust hit a special milestone earlier this year. Every week, the Trust offers football sessions for young people all over the area. There are now 1,000 boys and girls working with our local coaches every week.
Discovering new talent and developing young people’s football skills is an integral part of the Trust's activity. Coaches offer Saturday morning sessions for the youngest footballers. There are also teams for talented players to represent the Trust and develop their skills.
Saturday Development Centre Football sessions provide every participant with fun and engaging football sessions. Along with developing your technical skills, your child will also improve social skills, in a safe and fun environment. These sessions take place at Gunnersbury Park from 8.30am until 10am every week.
The Trust’s football programme offers young people of any ability and those with potential, an opportunity to receive a high-quality football education experience, enabling them to improve in a player-centred environment. Participants have the opportunity to attend weekly training sessions at multiple venues. Sessions are delivered by FA and UEFA qualified coaching staff.
Players represent Brentford FC in a structured development match programme against other professional club Trusts. Opponents including Fulham, Ipswich Town, Oxford United and Reading. See more on all of the Trust's development programmes here.
